Supervision for therapists and reflective practice
Supervision is a critical part of ethical and effective therapy. It provides an opportunity for therapists to: explore their therapeutic work; to acknowledge and celebrate their achievements and to grow and develop as a practitioner.
I am a BACP accredited integrative clinical supervisor of individuals and groups, and have over 25 years of experience provding supervision for trainee, accredited counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists. I have managed therapy and social care services in NHS GP practices and community voluntary sector services.
