How I Work
How I can help
We all need somebody to talk to, especially when we are going through a difficult time. Therapy provides an opportunity to talk through and reflect upon what is happening in your life. Sharing your thoughts and feelings confidentially with a professional therapist, who is trained to support and understand you, can help you discover new ways of coping with stressful situations and past events.
